American Brother Foundation Giving Back…

Mark Wolcott, a dear Beirut veteran reached out a few months ago. He asked if we could help him, help a very close Vietnam veteran friend of his whose daughter was struggling.

Per Mark, this is a woman with a down syndrome boy who is very down syndrome and then her oldest I believe has some down syndrome. He’s a senior in high school and there’s a daughter who’s in 10th grade as well. She lost her husband and she is struggling, struggling struggling. Her dad is a friend of mine a very good veteran from Vietnam and he was old when he was in Vietnam. He’s very elderly now I want to reach out to all my veteran buddies and maybe we can all get together and help.

Thanks to our donors, we were able to help Laurie Hukill ~Buss. It was an honor to answer the call from Mark and help this struggling military family in need.

Wow! Thank you so much everyone for helping Marc, Bent Nickel. Today was a really amazing day... not a dry eye in the house. Today the Rootstown Fire Department reunited Marc with Daisy. Check out the incredible touching pictures! And Daisy will be heading home with some of Marc's trucker friends in a few days. And Marc will be flying home in a few days, too! Help is still needed and appreciated. Once he is home, he will need to begin rehabilitation and, unfortunately, he does not have insurance at this time. In addition, please remember he will be sufffering a loss of income as well. If you could find it in your heart to help, it will be greatly appreciated!

American Brother Foundation was able to help this special veteran in need because of the support of our donors. You are making a difference in these veteran’s lives that have given so much for our freedom. Thank you for your donations and support.
